Fiance is leaving Cebu for Manila today for medical tomorrow! After medical, and all goes well, can she go to the 8 hour seminar "before" the interview? As we do not have our interview date yet? May get the interview date today!

Your fiancée is going to need either an Embassy interview appointment confirmation printout or an NVC letter with your MNL case number on it in order to be admitted for the medical at St. Lukes. I hope she has one of those documents.

By the way, the CFO seminar is only a few hours in duration.
