Hello

I have a B2 tourist visa already and been traveling to the States many times with it. We are going through the process for a CR1 visa and now waiting for NOA2. Can I still travel to the US on my B2? I prepare to show them the tie I have in Thailand which is my son whom my husband also filed I130 form for. He is currently in school and cannot travel with us to visit my husband (his step father). Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

There is no law preventing you from continuing to use the B2 visa you already have. Most likely, there will be no problem but EACH entry is a separate judgment call by a CBP officer.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
