I am ready to send my package out, but I am missing my husband's 2010 tax records. We have 2009 and 2011. We ordered IRS documents for the affidavit of support in September, but they're already missing. It says you only have to send the proof of the most recent tax year (2011), but I don't have a number to fill for 2010, should I just leave it blank and send it the way it is? Or order more documents?

You need to fill in the information for all 3 years on #25. You can either order them and wait the 5-10 days, have them faxed to you by calling them, or go to your local IRS office and get them in person the same day.

I say go in person to an IRS office. can be in and out in under an hour.
