When filing for a K1 visa, what is the preferred method of arrangement for evidence?

Will better arrangement expedite the process?

How do you arrange ones you file?

Hi, take a look at the "Guides" section of this website, I have included a link. Also, take a look at the "Example Forms", it will help you with filling out the forms.

No, how you arrange or present your petition papers will not make your case get expedited. Just make sure you have everything that is required. Place the papers in the order you have them listed on your cover letter. Attach the check on top with a paperclip and bind the whole thing together with a large clip. They will take it apart and place it in their own file folders how they want it to be anyway. Just like what others already mentioned regarding the K-1 submission guidance in here, we did for ours. We didn't get any RFE and it was a breeze.
