What do the words free speech mean to you? That is all these people are doing, using their right of free speech. Nobody is being forced to do anything!

Try reading the OP before you choose to post on a topic. WTH are they going to court for of James? Think on that for a minute or two before replying.

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

Where in your OP do you reference a current court action?! Maybe you need to try reading a bit more carefully!

I get it, you (Bad_Daddy) think being gay is gross. You get the heebie jeebies every time you see two males being affectionate with one another. That seems to be your only argument though. I'm guessing if you saw (what you think are hot) two ladies kissing you'd be all for it. It seems to be about the icky sex factor though with you. I'm calling you out though, because you're such a hypocrite. You talk about things like hitting women, hell, even murdering women, shooting dogs, and multiple other violent offenses in many other posts. So don't act like you're against "teh gheys" on moral grounds, because it holds zero weight. NONE. You don't like butt sex, I get it. We all get it. It's old.

That petition is doing nothing more than setting up a law suite. It's the first phase as all petitions like this are.

I guess "if you don't like it, leave" only applies to people that he disagrees with.

And what's the deal with the graphic in the OP? Some middle aged women, a couple of guys hugging from the '70s? What does all that prove?

From the OP...

More than 462,000 people subsequently signed the Andresens' petitions at Change.org calling on the Scoutmaster to sign. Meanwhile, the Andresens pushed Ryan's application up the Boy Scout hierarchy in the San Francisco Bay area, where it landed before Hazarabedian.

er, i was thinking you were suggesting something more like petitioning a court of law. not change.org. anyone can start a petition on change.org. are you suggesting that all these petitions are the beginnings of lawsuits?

doubtful.

I gotta tell you it's funny watching you make this argument with that signature. I know you lost a bet, but still funny.
