those are not RFEs.

Those are NOTICE of RFEs, sent out via email or listed in the USCIS online portal in the casefile status section.

The USCitizen petitioner will NEVER, EVER know the details on the RFE

without

receiving the postal notification

and

reading the postal notification

so... my thoughts to you is ...

Wait another 2 weeks for the TWO RFEs to arrive via postal mail,

then ask yer petitioner to scan them, email to you,

then YOU redact each one, post it here.

Good Luck !

The NVC emailed me and our lawyer and included a PDF attachment with the notice of what they needed. I never received a hard copy in the mail. It was a request for 2 passport style photos with the case number and beneficiary's name written on the back. The lawyer claimed she wrote it but they were lost. I don't think she likes me anymore, because since I found VJ I keep telling her what to do

We called them the other day asking what they are wanting, they said we have to wait for the hard copy to arrive, my question is though we recived another 4 days after the first is this normal ?

Just duplicate notices....for the same thing. Wait for the hard copy.

When you thoroughly examine that complete copy of the petition you made before filing, can you find the error or what's missing?

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

you got rfe after 7 months of waiting????

It's normal for the RFE to appear around the time you might expect an approval (so yes, around 5 - 7 months, depending on service centre). It means the case is on someone's desk, they're looking at it, and are actively working on it. In the good news stakes: Sending back your RFE means your petition will be processed quickly, as it's already on someones active case list on their desk.
