I have never fought for principals. I did have a high school principal that didn't like the fact I would argue with him in our religion class. Even suspended me for it!

I was not there. I have NO idea what actually transpired and how that is different from the many ways it is being 'spun'! I doubt you have any more actual knowledge of the events. But when has a surety of the accuracy of our knowledge ever prevented any of us resident sages from offering up our wisdom?!

This is our argument for NOT banning the AR15 ect,ect.If any of these shooters had not been able to use an AR15 then a different weapon would be used. In the process will have done as much or more killing. Our latest mass murderer had the ability to kill using the sidearms he had. If he had used the shotgun with buckshot every child would have been just as dead. The columbine killers first tried to use a bomb.

The theater killer also could have use a bomb that night along with the oklahoma city bombing. Some people are evil pure evil and the fact is IF an AR15 was not used any other gun would have been just as deadly....if not more. Facts the antigun crowd will not put their minds around.

Exactly. I personally am for stricter gun control across the board, AR-15's are only a part of the problem.

People who want to ban a certain type of gun thinking all will be well in the world if they do. Evil people will improvise.A few cans of gas poured in a few class rooms and lit would have caused as much death as a gun. Sad but true. Some people are pure evil.

I don't know anyone who thinks banning one type of weapon will solve anything. There are other ways of acting out whatever their evil plan is, but they generally go for the easiest. Guns. Easy access, able to take in multiple weapons, will kill many people and quickly with really not very much effort involved.
