Hello VJ family, long time but everything is great!!! I have a question, my wife would like to file for her cousin in Liberia. Is there such a form for this process? and if so where can I find the form.

You posted this in the Student Visa forum. If that is the visa the cousin wants then the cousin needs to apply (see our Guide here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/student-visa-guide ). Your wife can sign an affadavit of support stating she would pay the (very high!) US college fees and/ or offer free room and board.

If you mean bring the cousin here to live no, she cannot petition for the cousin. She could petition for her sibling, ie the mother/ father of the cousin and once that person is in the USA, they can petition for their child but we are talking 15+ years.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
