Timeline

It means that you have to wait until the consulate finishes their work. Did they request any additional information? Unfortunately all you can do is wait for the process to be complete. AP can be for any number of things, and most of the time they do not tell you why, unless you were missing documentation. If you give us more information maybe we can give you some insight

Timeline

No they said everything was in order and they had everything they needed. Pending biometric I was set to go and they would call if there was anything wrong. I had t heard anything and it was suggested to me that I call the department of state. When I did they said our case was under AP. I've tried contacting the embassy but with no luck

All you have to do now is wait but keep calling atleast ever 3 to 4 days send them emails too i dont know much about AP but i do wish you GOOD LUCK

don't worry, it is best to wait a while as that's what they say in DOS. AP means a lot of things but I am sure they are just producing your visa and the update will change soon :) call in a few days again :)

My ROC Journey:

03-20-2015: I751 package sent

03-23-2015: NOA1

07-31-2015: Biometrics ( Biometrics letter sent to the old address never received, missed it on 07/06 and had to have it rescheduled after many phone calls and service requests)

09-07-2015: Card in Production email.

09-09-2015: Card mailed

09-11-2015: Card delivered
