From all these time, I used to check only 3 case status out of 4 status.. and suddenly I checked the one I dint check in while, and it says

"On February 13, 2013, we mailed you an appointment notice for an interview for March 19, 2013, at NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER. "

I'll be happy just to finally do biometrics. Still waiting to reschedule the biometrics appointment. Congrats to all of you who are making progress. We're just a little jealous lol

Jan 4: receipt notices

Jan 7: Checks cashed

Feb 4: 1st biometrics appointment- attempted 2 unsuccessful early walk-ins. 2nd time told that hubby needed an unexpired passport. Rescheduled biometrics

Mar 14: biometrics completed. EAD card production ordered same day

Mar 19: ready for interview scheduling

Hey guys . Just got a mail notofication that my interview is on March 21st !!! Faster than I thought ! Less than two month after the day I put the package in the mailbox!

Exactly 3 months from the day we got married till the day I had both SSN and GREENCARD in hand !

Day 16 02/05/2013 Succesful walk in biometrics 20 days early

Day 25 02/14/2013 USCIS status changed to Testing and Interview ready for interview scheduling

Day 31 02/20/2013 Email notification that my interview is scheduled for March 21st

Day 57 03/19/2013 EAD/AP card ordered

Day 59 03/21/2013 Interview at 10.30 am Seattle Approved

Day 67 03/29/ 2013 Greencard Arrived . Applied for SSN

Hey I have also just received an email stating that our interview will be on March 22nd! 2 months to the day that I put that massive wad of paperwork in the mail! I cant wait for this whole thing to be done and dusted! Any tips for the interview? should i bring a bunch of Pic's? I will bring all of the original paperwork. Congrats to all the guys with their interviews already, and hang in there to all the people waiting :thumbs: :thumbs:

12/23/12 - Married!

01/20/13 - Sent AOS package to Chicago office

01/22/13 - AOS received

01/28/13 - received emails and texts of NOA's

01/31/13 - received official NOA's in the mail.

02/05/13 - received biometrics appointment letter

02/06/13 - biometrics completed via walk in, easy 10 mins max.

02/18/13 - case status changed to 'ready for interview scheduling'

02/21/13 - email received stating interview on the 22nd March!

03/14/13 - EAD in production!

03/22/13 - Interview, approved on the spot, green card ordered.

Hi, Congratulations on your interview date notice! Now it is time to get ready.

When you get the interview letter in the mail, there will be a list of recommended documents to bring with you. Some you may have already filed and others are proof of bona fide marriage. There are tons of forums that adress how to properly prepare for the interview. And finally to answer your question, definitely take pictures with you, but not just pictures.
