One week ago I was told by a Teir 2 supervisor, that I was approved, and would have my NOA 2 hard copy within several days!

A week later I called, and was connected to "the iron """B""" from hell"., and related what I was told one week earlier.,.,.,and she promptly told me the "VSC Is working on May 28th, and why anyone would tell you that, is I have no idea".,.,.,.WOW what a change.,.,how can I go from a verbal approval, to "we are processing May 28th.,.,.,.,,I am a June 28th NOA 1 filer.,.,and """WE"""all know that more than half of June has been completed, and according to Igor's list more than 10 July filers have got their NOA 2. Please, fellow VJ members any comments or opinions would be appreciated.,.,.,.,

Also, my friend in Atlanta, Andy was allowed a service request as a June 21 filer..,.,.I was told it would be 28 more days before I could file a "service request".,.,.,.,my God.,.,where do they get these people.,..,.,.,.PLEASE, comments and opinionns, recommendations, is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! raven

Idk raven52,Seems like you are approved to me ,she did not say you weren't approved just that she does not know why someone would tell you that.Maybe she's just one of thoese that stick to protocol. Well,I would just stay positive and patient, your NOA2 will be there soon.Remember Igor's is just an estimated timeline ,albeit a good one,an estimate all the same.God bless you on your journey.

imo, that last phone convo, yes, the prior one -

the ISO was trying to tell you that the casefile was with an adjudicator and MIGHT be approved soon.

Is ok - even after approval, it takes time for the status update.

I say wait till JAN 7, then freak out, officially.

yOU ARE FORTUNATE TO HEAR THAT YOU'VE BEEN APPROVED I'M A JUNE FILER JUNE 25TH AT THAT I HAVEN'T HEARD NOTHING SO YOU CAN IMAGINE HOW I FEEL... Please call tomorrow and demand a service request number. If they told you that you're already approved they should have no problem issuing you a reference number. Keep me informed. Good luck and as always...God Blessus all...
