No more Expedited Cases anymore?

At the beginning me and my boyfriend had the idea that the DCF process would be the faster way to get the greencard, since it said that it would only take around 4 months.. but now, since august, ive been reading that there are no more expedited cases for the NOA1 and the NOA2 (now it takes around 70 days in between them)

anyone has more information about this??

you are confusing what DCF is.

That special 'expedited queue' for filing from abroad, is seemingly gone, since the 15th of August with this rerouting of casefiles into MSC.

So, does Chile allow DCF, or no ?

DCF is the fastest way, but Chile does not have DCF and the "auto expediting" of cases sent to the Chicago Lockbox when the petitioner lives abroad seems to have gone, as you say.

Chile doesnt allow DCF anymore, but i read some cases where they sent it to the chicaco lockbox and it was super fast, like 10-20 days in between the NOA1 and NOA2, but since the second semester apparently it takes for about 2 or 3 months :/
