I would call the USCIS if they are past your date on the website...otherwise Just be patient. it took me 7 months to get my NoA2, and I as well am a June filer. Each person gets dealt a different card, some must be more paitent than others. You will get there, just think of all the good things you will do when you are together. It helps time go by quicker and devote yourself completely to making the best possible home you can for your fiancee / fiance.

I am a June 27th NOA1 date person who was approved Dec 13th. You should call USCIS and ask for a service request. I got mine on Nov 27th and 2 weeks later I was approved. Good luck

I really don't know how you got yours through. I tried 3x which were all failed atempts...you got lucky. :)

Certificate of non-impediment is a required document you get from the registrars office. http://www.rgd.gov.jm/?q=certificate_production

Well I called USCIS and waited through all the prompts until a spanish speaking customer service representative came on and I asked them for English please then I asked for a tier 2 officer. I waited over an hour spoke to a tier 2 officer and told him I know of ppl on or around my date that have been approved and was wondering what was going on with my case. He put me on hold and when he came back he told me I was still in initial processing I asked him for a service request since ppl after my date had been approved he told me to hold then came back and said fine and gave me my service request tracking number. I know I was lucky but I had a few friends do the same thing and they got theirs after a few failed attempts. I hope this helps and you all get your NOA2s quickly.

Good luck
