Just so you know, the Texas Service Center does not process I-129F petitions, so calling them about your case would do no good. Everyone mails their petitions to the Dallas Lockbox address, which is not the TSC. From that lockbox intake facility, all petitions are routed to one of the only two service centers that processes the I-129F, California or Vermont. If the case number on your NOA1 receipt notice starts with WAC, then it is at the CSC. If it begins with EAC, then it is at the VSC.

If you change your profile to reflect the correct service center for your case, then your timeline will give you an approximate date that your petition would be approved.

Okay..thank you very much for this info but what about if one happens to have sent the I-129F petition to the TSC? Will the petition be sent back to the owner?

Welcome to the forum.

Where did you send it? :unsure:

Did you by chance follow the official instructions for the I-129F petition?

We applied to;

USCIS

BOX 660151

DALLAS, TEXAS 75266

That is the Dallas Lockbox address that all I-129F petitions are mailed to. As I said above, it is not the TSC. When you get your receipt notice, you will know if yours was sent to California or Vermont. See my post above again.

Just so you know, the service centers don't have a phone number for each one of them, if you want to call USCIS, there is only one phone number and that one is 1-800-375-5283(National Customer Service Center).

See this thread before calling them
