I couldn’t fit all her jobs on the provided G325A, so I will attach a sheet as suggested but was wondering if the format of my attachment is acceptable.

If it were me, I'd use English occupation titles. Otherwise, it looks very good. Your format is exactly the same as what I submitted.

It looks good but I agree with the other poster that you should write the occupations in English, otherwise you will need to get it translated.

Also, you don't have a timeline so I'm not sure what stage you're at but if this is post-NOA2 then put the A-number on the form. If it's not, put her date of birth. Just for easier identifying purposes.
