I'm technically a November filer but practically a December filer - I guess.

My fiancé FILED the petition in November but we received NOA1 in December :P

I don't want to wait for NOA2 till the End of June (or even longer??)

We would love to marry on August 24th - but honestly I start doubting that this will happen :(

Well u belong here then :) cuz ur waiting fer ur noa2 from ur noa1 that's got in dec:)

I would be surprised if it took that long to get anything...

Jan. 10th 2013: Happy birthday to my Sweety, first birthday apart in years!
January 15 2013: "mailing adress was changed" (touched?)
May-20-2013 NOA2!!! Exactly 5 months!
May-23-2013 Noa2 hard copy recieved!
June-05-2013 Called NVC, casre recieved, forwared to Ankara

I would be surprised if it took that long to get anything...

We will be lucky to hear by June at this point :( super lame.

12/19/2012 - Mailed I-129F via USPS Express
12/21/2012 - I-129F arrives in Lewisville, TX according to USPS tracking (delayed because it's the USPS)
12/21/2012 - NOA1 date of receipt
12/26/2012 - NOA1 received via text/email
12/27/2012 - Checked cashed by USCIS
12/31/2012 - Alien Number changed (NOA1 hardcopy in post, but was away for 2 weeks prior)

05/16/2013 - NOA2 received via text/email

05/20/2013 - NOA2 hardcopy received in post

05/28/2013 - NVC receives packet and assigns London case number

07/15/2013 - Sent all paperwork/medical complete

08/23/2013 - Receive Interview Date

09/19/2013 - Interview

Well ya I mean they could pick up in a few months once they get a lot of the dream act cases done (since they are getting through those OH SO FAST) :P Then they might actually work into overdrive. Ive heard that happen before. Unpredictable!

What are the dream act cases? Never heard of those :blink:

Haha it's been all over! Where u been? Haha just kidding. It's the new act Obama made, so that illegal immigrants who came here young, or their parents brought the here illegally can petition to now get a green card. ( sorry I don't know all the terms and ppl correct me if I'm wrong or add onto what I said) :)
