Woho! :D Happy for you! but better pray you do get completely approved in 8 months! the way csc is going and interview dates on embassies, it seems like well be waiting a while :D Not sure about NBC tho. :D

I guess it will be re-routed to VSC because as far as I know only CSC and VSC are the centers for K1 petitions..

welcome to the group! where you from in Phils?

ask your Fiance to call on Monday the USCIS hotline and ask your concern. :)

Setting off to visit my Fiancee in 48 hours, arrive late on the 14th, our first Valentines :D For 2 weeks. Likely the last time though until she's approved. Gotta remember to keep receipts and get lots of photos (with the camera date set correctly this time!)

We've been looking forward to this vacation 'cos it helps to break up the NOA2 wait (well for other reasons too of course), hopefully after this the wait for approval goes quick.

Good luck to all!

I requested an expedite today due to financial hardship.

yesterday i found out that the US govt will take my entire tax return due to unpaid student loans (im not from here so i wasnt well oriented going to school) i thouht me paying sallie mae $400 monthly was doing it. WRONG apperantly i owe the govt and nevrr got the letters cause ive moved specialllly never got a letter syating its gotten to this point.

anywho i called he dept of ed made an arrangement of $128 monthly (yes aside from sallie mae $400).

We have an adorable baby shy of a year so of course im providing childcare, clothes food. Childacare alonr is $600.

And of course normal adult bills rent, utilities, transportation.......

So yesterday needless to say i cried and decided to shoot for an expedite because it is a struggle. I dont qualify for anything because on paper i make a good amount but with my responsabilities im shy from not eating.

Lets see if a negative turns into a positive.

I'm sorry to read all that. I relate to te student loans greatly. I pay $1200 a month between Sallie Mae, the government, and a bank.

I hope for the best for you <3
