Hey all,

I was taking a peek at the I-129F form that my fiance needs to fill out on my behalf. I see on question 12 it asks about my previous entry, and asks my I-94 #. I know that traveling as a visitor from Canada on a B2 Visa doesn't require an I-94 form.

How does my fiance properly fill this part of the form out in my case?

Thanks for the read.

I was visiting on a waiver when we filled. I just put my ESTA number on the document.

From what I read in the forum you can also write "none-B2 visa" and attach a copy of your visa right behind the form.

But I didn't get any answer from the USCIS yet, so I can't assure you this is enough, this is just what I would do.

Good luck

Good luck in your visa journey!

From the day we sent I-129F to the day I recieved my K-1: Exactly 9 months

Thanks for your reply! I tried looking through the forums for an answer before posting, but couldn't find my answer.. Could you by any chance link me to that post?

Also, the B2 visa doesn't have a physical form. They just stamp your passport for entry and you're on your way.

This question was answered a few days ago. Please read this other post to find your answer http://www.visajourn..._1#entry5848719 good.gif

BTW that question, only applies if you are with your fiance(e) in US soil at the time of filing.

She's not filling anything out on your behalf. She is filing a petition that, if/when approved, will allow you to interview for a K1 visa.

Locate the GUIDES at the top of this page, and read it carefully.
