hey there nice people! i am applying for n-400 next month based on 3 years marrige.

i have a problem that maybe you can help me with.- i got my GC in feb 09, wich mean i didnt work that year, my husbend didnt file jointly or with me that year.

so i have my tax only for the next year-2010

and i have 2011 as well.

and i dont knew if my interview will be when my 2012 tax return beeing ready.

so i have only 2 years tax.

what do you think?

You are filing based on being STILL married? Showing 2010 and 2011 should be fine. Not working is no reason no to file your taxes jointly. Did your husband file as married? You often get a bigger refund filing married jointly. I wouldn't worry about that one too much to send (given you have the latest two), but I would see someone about amending the taxes to include you to see if he gets more money back.

Showing that you filed jointly (or at least from the same address) is relationship evidence.
