Off: I dont really know what you on about

@Shuki: just push the "ignore button"...that's what I did...I just did not understand where that one came in...LOL But maybe because I wasn't meticulously reading each and every post...>.<

hey AnotherLostSoul,

thanks for your concern. I apologize for not mentioning the entire info. I already had H-1B in my prev company, and got new job. so transferring my h1-b. I have Visa stamping and I'm all set till end of 2014. :)

Also, while writing you this reply first thing in the morning from work, I checked my h1 status and it is saying that

"On January 4, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

Congratulations to myself. :) And Thanks for your good luck.

Hey coolmind: OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH! That is a very different scenario...then it doesn't matter as H1B is a "dual intent" visa...:) good luck, good luck! :)

This message is for ANOTHERLOSTSOUL, I don't understand this site I am trying to answer you but I don't have that option, no news yet I am still waiting and praying for an answer.

God Bless and Happy New Year

Osita: I wonder how are you doing these days? I don't really know what you mean you don't have the option replying...under the posts every one of them has a little "reply" button...at the bottom right corner...anyway, if this is what you couldn't find and couldn't reply. Anyway, I hope by now things are a bit more cleared up at your end...wishing you the best!

I have not heard from her...:( I truly wonder what is going on with her and her family? And how are things with you? Have you re-submitted everything already? I think of you a lot, and I really hope things will work out for you in the end. Let's keep in touch!
