Confusion about form I-134 question 11

Hello my all dear friends,

Here is me again, I have one doubt about form I-134 question 11.

My fiancé filled it follow the example form here which he did not check neither "intent" or "do not intent" just leave it both blank and typed below "N/A K1-Visa for Permanent Residence" and we thought everything was good to go till one friend here who got through the K1 process with US consulate officer in Cambodia told me that he left that box unchecked and it caused him problem during the interview when the officer required him to refill it again with his original signature.

I have to send packet 3 to the embassy by tomorrow and I don't know what should I do now.

Should I send it as it is, or should I check the box "intent" on behalf of my fiancé with a black pen?

Any comments would be more than appreciated

Does nto apply, does not matter. His answer is perfect. If they want you to change it at the interview, then do it.

You can always check 'intend' and still put 'N/A - K1-Visa for Permanent Residence' on the line.

Thank you my fiance was the one who filled this form. How can i change it at the interview if they need him to refill with his original signature?

I am sure they need to see the box "intend" is checked. My problem now is, Can i check that box with pen?

Dear all my friends

To avoid any problem for me during the interview my fiancé is going to send me the new form which will be filled properly and follow what the consular here required.

He is the best ever
