Hello! My mother( LPR) sent petitions for children (ages 4,10,15,19) on 8/1/13, noa1 was received via text on 8/7/13@ 10:55 pm, check was cashed on 8/8/13 @1:00 am. She got her visa approved 8 months ago and has been working in USA since.let wait begins... good luck everyone!

I also think so, but getting an approval now with the f2a vb being current is a big opportunity. If we have approval, we can start the nvc process, and who knows we might complete our cases while f2a vb remains current and get interview scheds already.

Have you contact your congressman? He might be of help to expedite your approval. Goodluck!

Me too! I've been praying that when it retrogress, it will be on the last quarter of 2012 or later! good.gif

Seems like even if we completed our case, we won't make it in the upcoming current VBs.. But who knows....... rolleyes.gif

looks like they are not giving out noa2 in chronological order. some guys from csc with 2013 pds already got their approvals, while others from last year are still waiting.

yah... giving noa2 so random... but nwei, i think even if we receive our noa2, we still need to wait for our pd to be current... seems that retrogression will happen nxt month or nxt nxt month:) (hope that it will be back to 2012...)

I think VSC are swamped they have been forced to transfer cases to Nebraska SC. Let's hope this will reflects in faster processing for those who did not get approved yet! I haven't seen any 2013 approval from VSC so far!
