I am filing a k-1 for my finace and he wants to bring his kids with him. They are both under 10 yrs....What is proverty guideline for 6 people...I have two kids and he has two kids...Should he come first than send for the kids...OR should he apply for everyone at the same time.NVC just send the approve letter now to the embassy...God first :star:

Thanks for the response,But do you think it is better for him to come and than said for the kids or just do everything at one time.

If you meet the income requirements, I would suggest to file the K1 to include his children. In the long run it will be less paperwork and way less headaches:) Good luck

Thank you

It really is a personal choice, leaving children behind is heart breaking even when it is only for a little while. If all come at the same time all the paper work will be together, you will not have to remember 2 dates for removing conditions, and if I remember correctly if you do the adjustment of status at the same time for the children the fee is also a bit less. When combining 3 fees together it can be a big savings at the time of adjustment of status, rather then doing it separately.
