Interview Stage - Letter of Intent

Regarding the letter of intent do I just send the same one I sent with my I-129F application? Should I change it to say that I still intent to marry my fiance within 90 days? or just the same exact letter will do fine. Also for the address on the letter the other one was addressed to the Dallas lockbox should this one be addressed to the US Embassy in Chile?

This is what I was thinking to send.

Dear Sir or Madam:

I, (my name), do hereby state that I am still legally able and willing to marry (fiance's name), and still intend to do so within 90 days of his arrival into the US using the K-1 visa.

I know this might sound like a dumb question but I just want to make sure I don't have a delay or denial for something so dumb. lol

Thank you so much for the help

I think that I used basically the same letter, only I added the terms "re-affirm' and "continue to intend" where appropriate, in the letter. Changed the address to the interviewing embassy/consulate.. and called it good.

Good luck on your visa journey.

The address itself really isn't important, it's what is IN the letter that counts. With that said, I put the consulate address. Also I think I kept everything else the same, just changed the date, and we will both re sign it (each of ours) when I am there for her interview.

I am going to the interview too. Does that mean I have to sign it right there at the interview or should we have it signed before hand?

Our process went fast in part due to how fast the California service center processed our petition. Also I'd like to believe its because we had everything in order and they didn't need any additional information from us. And definitely did NOT hire an attorney. This process is so simple, and was designed to be so, that hiring someone else to do our paperwork would have only delayed our case. We did everything ourselves.
