I just received an email saying my CRI-89 was approved? Is it the same thing as I-751? I filled with VSC last November?

I got back from the interview today and we had an attorney with us. After we called into the office and swore under oath, the offer asked me to leave so he can ask questions to my wife. About 30 mins or so, my wife came out and it was my turn to go in to answer the questions. At the end of interview, he said he is going to review our case then let us know. After we walked out the immigration office, I asked my attorney how we did. He said we did well, just about every question we replied correctly. Now we just have to wait and see.

I got back from the interview today and we had an attorney with us. After we called into the office and swore under oath, the offer asked me to leave so he can ask questions to my wife. 6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC

I still haven't heard anything back after responding to the RFE.

My Green Card is obviously expired, plus the one year extension has also run its course - is there anything I should be doing now other than waiting for the next contact from USCIS?

Make an infopass appointment and get a stamp in your passport, that will be your evidence of permanent residency

11/21/13 - Service request via Tier 1 submitted

12/11/13 - Response to service request rec'd - vague info about processing times

12/12/13 - Service request via Tier 2 submitted

12/10/13 - APPROVED!!! (letter rec'd 12/14/13)

12/16/13 - 2nd Service request response rec'd

12/17/13 - Card production email/text rec'd (online case updated)!

12/24/13 - Notification rec'd via email regarding card mailed on 12/23/13 (online case updated as well)

12/26/13 - 10-yr card rec'd!

One thing I have learned on this journey:

There is no such thing as an "overkill" evidence package. Submit anything and everything you can. Who knows what will prevent you from getting an RFE.
