06/11/08: AOS/EAD/I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox

06/17/08: Package delivered in Chicago

06/18/08: Check cashed

06/21/08: Rec'd NOA's (Receipt notice date: 06/17/08)

07/01/08: Rec'd Biometrics appoinment letter

07/15/08: Biometrics appoinment @ 2:00 PM-Completed

08/27/08: RFE letter (I-485)

09/08/08: sending RFE letter with missing documents back to USCIS

09/11/08: letter delivered

10/27/08 Infopass appointment for my EAD (should receive it in 2-3 weeks... we will see)

10/31/08 EAD card production has been ordered!!! (I-765 finally online)

10/03/08 received EAD card in mail

11/07/08 IL in mail

12/09/08 Interview ; approved!

12/15/08 Card production ordered (online update)

12/24/08 GC in mail!

03/31/2011 10 year GC recieved in mail

11/28/2012 N-400 sent out

12/06/12 text message and e-mail informing that case has been received

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing

Mar 18 - got emails saying that the petitions are approved smile.png

I'm a little surprised my in-line-for-interview letter is taking so long! Blarg. :(

Fingers crossed for you... Maybe your case will be like mine... Took over 5 weeks after biometrics to be put in line for interview, then the next day they scheduled the interview. :thumbs:

Nov 6, 2012 N-400 mailed

Nov 7, 2012 N-400 delivered to Phoenix lockbox, signed by Arndt & case priority date

Nov 9, 2012 Case Touched, NOA date

Nov 13, 2012 Got text/e-mail with case number & the check was cashed :)

Nov 14, 2012 Case updated online to say biometrics apt. notice is on its way!

Nov 16, 2012 Received NOA & biometrics apt. letter

Nov 28, 2012 Biometrics apt.

Jan 4, 2013 In line for interview!

Jan 5, 2013 Scheduled for interview!

Jan 10, 2013 Received interview letter

Jan 19, 2013 Received yellow letter dated 1/16 asking me to bring more passport pics to the interview

Unfortunately not. :( They mailed her the Biometrics letter on the fifth, and we went in on the 20th. The site still says "We mailed you an appointment for Biometrics on December 5th..."

I'm so tired of waiting! I just want her to take the test, get the citizenship, and be done with this. USCIS has been a part of my marriage for too long!

PRESENT - IR-5 Story (reuniting a family)
I-130 for Parents - 2013
Aug ?? - mailed I-130 packages for both mother and father
Sept 10 - NOA1 date
Sept 16 - NOA1s received

2014

Feb 25 - got emails saying that the cases had been transferred to another office for processing

Feb 26 - got emails saying that the cases have been transferred to my local office for processing

Feb 28 - got emails saying that the cases have been transferred and are being processed

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing

Mar 18 - got emails saying that the petitions are approved smile.png

My interview was done, it lasted 30 minutes and the immigration officer was very nice , he spend more time reviewing my N400 application especially in my background.I meet amino, and his interview only lasted 5 minutes.Tomorrow will be our oath ceremony.Thank you very much much friends for the prayers and support.

Congratulation Alex and Amino. Good Job!
