so my employer made the letter I ask him for, with company letterhead, stating i just recently started work with him this month and that im a contractor for his company, estimated annual earnings, that I am in good standing, and he supports my marriage with my fiancee.

upon observing the letter i notice he didn't put the address of the embassy my fiancee will be going to for her interview, he did not put im im working full time or part time with him (although im working part time but he says in 2 months he will put me full time) he just wrote im in good standing and estimated annual earnings. and the letter has his signature printed with a company stamp along with the companies address and contact information.

Also he did not notarize the letter (im not sure if it needs this)

do i need to notarize the letter i wrote stating i still support the k1 visa process and marrying my fiancee? and do i need to notarize my bank statements???

sorry for all the questions...ehh maybe im thinking to much

is this letter he gave me alright, I've been stressing over it a lot. Thanks

The address of the embassy is not important. What is important is that the letter contains the following on company letterhead:

  • Date and nature of employment
  • Salary paid
  • Whether the position is temporary or permanent

These requirements are listed in the I-134 form instructions. The letter does not need to be notarized.

When I visited my fiance, we completed the letters there. I just typed the date at top and she signed below her printed name at the bottom. Will this be ok? Should I highlight the date?

What you have is fine, no need to highlight. As long as she signs it, and it is dated, it will be good.
