For the Cover letter and letter of intent to mark Attn to, what address of need to be used. ?

If my file will be sent to Vermont, do I use Vermont Service Center 75 Lower Welden St. Albans, VT 05479

or use the one that I am sending the packet to, 2501 South State Highway 121 Business Suite 400 Lewisville, TX 75067

I would greatly appreciate your reply.

The address is not important. What's important is that you address it to the right people.

United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

If you really want to put an address, you can use the Dallas Lockbox (filing location).
