How to send Packet 1

Can someone please guide as to by which post or courier service to send packet 1, and what address do we need to file, Dallas Lockbox facility or USPS Express Mail and courier deliveries.?

There are two ways to send your packet. You can use US Postal service and use this address

USCIS

P.O. Box 660151

Dallas, Texas 75266

or if you're going to use courier service like Fed-Ex or UPS, you must send the package to

USCIS

Attn: 129F

2501 S State Highway, 121 Business Suite 400

Lewisville, TX 75067

All 129-F packet must be sent to either of these two addresses only. Then the service center in Texas will be the one to route your petition, either Vermont Service Center or California Service Center.
