He will fix it the same way Obama didn't.... Meh You probably already know what his plan is.. cut the ####### out of programs that will hurt lots of people that if mentioned now would surely cost him the election. Hence, leave it vague and hope everyone will assume that it is others that will be victims of the cuts.

NPR is currently running a series where they took five top economists from across the political spectrum and asked them to make a list of what they think a candidate should support. To make the list all of them had to agree from extreme left to extreme right.. They are only two episodes into the series but this is what they have so far:

From the first: Economist series #1 - Taxes

#1 - Eliminate the mortgage deduction

#2 - Eliminate all pre-tax pull for medical benefits.

#3 - Do away with all corporate taxes.

From the second: Economist series #2 - Policies

#1 - Tax Carbon Emissions

#2 - Legalize Marijuana

I understand they also have a plan that would eliminate income tax altogether but they have not detailed it yet.. Most likely something to do with a VAT tax or something..
