Guys, need an info on DS-230, URGENT!

Hey there!

I won the DV2013 lottery and I sent out all the forms as required. My case is currently being processed (or is either processed) due to a high case number (above 23000). Here comes my question. I MIGHT HAVE, not sure though, signed the sworn statement at the last page of DS-230 even though I KNOW you should not sign it. Judge me, deem me, whatever you want, it's entirely my mistake. Now, I am looking for someone who made the same mistake, just to tell me everything is alright. I called the local embassy, they told me that it is NOT a problem and that it cannot be a reason for disqualification, but I just want to feel encouraged I guess. What is done in those cases? Do they hand you another piece of paper you sign, or something else?

They will just RFE (Request for further Evidence) and ask for another or let it slide. But disqualify no way.

Can any one tell me, what kind of documents I can prepare till I get my 2NL? right now I'm just simply waiting till I get any notification from KCC, by the way my case number is around 26000, and the Novembers cut off for Ethiopia is around 14800.
