How to renew the work for permit, still waiting for adjustment of status

My husband has applied for his adjustment of status and we haven't heard back from that yet, how can we go about renewing his work permit? Thank you all so much for the help.

So he currently has an EAD and you need to see how to renew it? Did I understand correctly?

File the I-765 form again and use the category (c )(9 ) just like you did when you first applied. There is still no fee when applying for a renewal with a pending I-485. Include a copy of your receipt notice from filing the I-485. Also include front and back copies of your I-94 and EAD card, plus 2 passport photos.

You have been waiting a really long time for your I-485 to be processed. You might want to get in touch with your congressman to try and see if you get your approval from the USCIS already.

Yes he has an EAD we are just wanting to renew it. Sorry.
