First things first, not in the necessary order.

  • Protect yourself and YOUR finances.
  • Get copies of EVERYTHING! Use disposable camera if you need to make copies that way.
  • Prepare for lock change at home - have reputable locksmith handy 24/7- inform that locksmith of possible oncall in the middle of the night.
  • GET a so-called "vacation" escape plan - a refundable ticket to the next town or so... for your safety - don't go to your family. They can be tracked and .... undesireable results can stem from that.
  • Remove any extra keys that HE has on his persons or at least lose his key on purpose... and make him think he lost his key (if possible).
  • Have a suitcase ready full of copies, change of clothes, toiletries, and petty cash
  • ACT normal - doesn't require Academy Awards to do this.
  • have cell phone on your body and be prepared for 911, or video evidence... I mean you have to turn on video fast.
  • Learn how to use a recording machine. Lot of smartphones have voice recorders.
  • RESTRAIN yourself from hitting him - he can go VAWA on you. If you're hit, then you have evidence.
  • Slip a note to your trusted neighbor to be on the alert....
  • Get divorce attorney or at least papers ready and you can file for Divorce In Absentia in case they bust his chops.
  • Call these Alphabet men: FBI, ICE, CIA, DEA, ATF, SBI (state bureau investigations), FIDC, whatever...
  • Contact the bank whom he banks with, and alert them about these "suspicious" monies.

We need to stop these criminals and PROTECT Americans!

Sincerely, E

Also,

It only cost $99 to install a spyware on laptop to track all his online dealings.

Buy hidden camera devices and monitor/record his comings/goings....

The list goes on...

You do not want to be an accomplice if you do not do anything...

You can stop the AOS with a registered letter withdrawing the application and withdrawing your sponsorship and/or by filing divorce.

Punishment is not your business. Neither is deportation.

Many times AOS is granted without an interview so waiting for an interview is not a good plan. Anything you do (file divorce, etc) send copies by registered mail to USCIS

This.

Take care of yourself first and protect yourself.

Do you need a work permit to commit illegal acts ? Seems breaking one more law is not what he cares about.

she said he is working and has gotten two paychecks so far, other than the fraud thing he is alledgedly doing
