Somehow I have tried that but is not working for me.

Is the date September 10, 2012 or October 9, 2012?

Us embassy Nairobi no longer sends packet three, so u need to ask NVC for your case NRB********* or contact embassy by sending an email or calling them . For me I got my case number from NVC And went a head and paid for the visa after which I was able to schedule appointment. Then I contacted the embassy and they told me they had a computer file of my case but not physical file so I waited for another and send any email which they replied with instructional link on the requirements and appointment schedule , yes that simple. Good luck you should have interview by now

I was hoping I could get some help on this topic. I (USC) received a letter (dated 10/3/12) from the NVC saying that they have recently received my approved I-129F petition and that within a week it will be forwarded to Paris. All I have is my INS Receipt Number and my Case Number. How can I go about tracking it?

Thanks :)
