Help please. We're still completing affidavit of support requirements, fiancé has tax transcripts and pay stubs however he said that his company is not giving certificate of employment that's what his manager told him. he's working in a big telecom company, so I'm in doubt and I'm worried that it might cause denial or delay of my visa :( thanks in advance!

Sep10,2010 - met via messenger at work (same company)
Mar21,2011 - officially bf/gf wink.png
Oct2-15,2011 - first time together (Philippines)
Feb2012 - gathered K1 requirements
March23 - I-129f sent to Dallas lockbox
Mar26 - noa1 routed to VSC (email/text)
March29 - touched
Sep18 - Finally.. NOA2!!!
Oct11 & 12 - SLEC medical exam - PASSED!
Oct24 - USEM Manila interview - PASSED! Thanks God..
Nov13 - POE DFW, TX
Nov20 - Dallas,TX wedding

Feb12 - AOS sent

Mar13 - Biometrics

Apr6 - got my EAD/AP

hi there, i apologize but do you mind letting me know why you need a certificate of employment if he has tax transcripts and current pay stubs? i would think this would be enough proof? i tried to google but couldn't see what form this is for. i was just seeing if there was anything else he could produce that may suffice as i would think everything you have actually trumps a certificate written by hr

7/16/2012: Hard Copy NOA Received
8/07/2012: Biometrics Appointment
8/27/2012: I131 and I765 (AP and EAD) APPROVED - 59 Days
9/05/2012: EAD Received
9/26/2012: Interview (I485 and I130)
9/26/2012: Conditional Green Card APPROVED - 89 Days
10/8/2012: Green Card Received

ROC:

9/4/2014: Sent ROC Package (I751)

Don't worry too much on that, current pay stubs verify he is employed with company also. Use the more recent tax returns/transscripts W-2s and pay stubs you should be just fine.

He should be able to contact HR (Human Resources), and they should be able to direct him how to obtain or send him a Letter or somethin.... Good Luck!

USCIS

03/31/2012: I-129F sent to Dallas Lockbox

04/03/2012: I-129F recieved and sent to VSC

04/06/2012: NOA1 text/email.

04/09/2012: Touched.

04/12/2012: NOA1 hardcopy.

09/06/2012: Service request placed- They advised I should hear something by 9/21

09/17/2012: Received letter from USCIS just to be told i'm within' normal processing time bleh.

10/03/2012: NOA2 text received - Best part is it's our 2nd year anniversary!! Great Gift! :)

Sydney Consulate

10/21/2012: Packet 3 Received

11/30/2012: Sent packet 3

12/27/2012: Received packet 4 Interview date :)

01/22/2013: Medical completed

02/05/2013: Interview date status: APPROVED 306 Days!!

02/22/2013: Visa in Hand

02/24/2013: POE- Dallas, TX- then connecting flight home!

Total Time it took to complete our K1 process- 10 months and 3 weeks!!! INSANE! (325 days)

I've been telling him to contact their HR but he said we don't need it :wacko:

finally! he said he will call them later

@hank yes I'm too worried about that cert, better safe than sorry as I always say.
