Is it OK traveling to the US while VISA is still pending?

Hey y'all!

My wife and I have been waiting for NOA2 for a couple of months never, and haven't seen each other since applying, and we were wondering if it is ok, for me to travel to the US to visit her while the VISA is still pending?

Also, can I just travel on a regular ESTA or will I have to apply for another kind of tourist/visiting VISA? What should I be aware of and take care of before visiting?

- All pointers and advices are greatly appreciated! Thank y'all!!

First, your timeline says K3, you are aware of the issues with the K3 right? Fill in your timeline so we can help you.

Yes, you can travel, lots of people do. However, entrance and duration of stay is never a guarentee. You'll want to bring ties to your home country to show in case you are asked, to make your crossing easier

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
