NVC incompetence !

Hi, our DS-230 packet was delivered to NVC on the 2nd Oct 2012, and AOS on 4th Oct 2012. Yesterday i called NVC and the lady confirmed they have received DS-230 but not AOS. Today i called them again to know if they have received AOS, now the guy told me they don't have either. What ??? Did he even look at his computer or just said "No" to get rid of me ? anyone else experience this ?

That is normal...I would call back early next week to see if they have them. They do need to be processed into their system before they can register that they have them. It took them 4 days to confirm reciept on my stuff dispite me having it delivered express mail.

When its delivered doesn't mean its automatically entered into the system. When they say 20 days they enter, review and accept. Delivered today come on you got to givethem some time to enter it into the system. Hang on,
