My fiancee thinks NVC should tell her to call on the NOA2 before she would call

Hi everyone

We received our NOA2 on the 12th of september.The problem is i told her to call the NVC but she said the NOA2 doesnt say that so there is not need to call but wait ..Which i think is not a good idea.I want to know if NVC will call her and give her our case # or unless she calls herself because we having problem on this issues and i need your help.Thank you

Yes she has to NVC to get the case number..... NVC won't call her

Am pretty sure by now they must have sent your case to your consulate

But let her call and find out

You need to call so you can give both your emails so they can send you the Packet 3 and Packet 4 so you can procedd with the processing leading up to your interview.

NVC will never call but she can sit back and waste weeks of time. It's better to know. Doesn't hurt to call.

I called several times, and every time they told me- No, nothing happening yet-- yes we have your case. No it hasn't been processed.

They already had my email, so I got emailed as soon as everything was ready to proceed, despite the fact that I called and called.
