Hi

Does anyone know if the Phoenix oath ceremony is conducted by the regular base ?

Here is my timeline of N-400

05/30/2012- send my package to phoenix USCIS

07/19/2012- FP was done

09/07/2012- interview , Pass was recomended

the interviewer told me the oath ceremony scheduling would be 3-4 weeks later after interview. I haven't received my oath letter yet. Does any have similar case which can share with me? would like to know how long I'm going to wait for the oath ceremony??? Cuz I need travelling soon in the mid Oct. :( thanks!

First, the interviewer say alot of things some of it are true, many are not. Assuming he was sure about what he said is precise, 3 -4 weeks will be like these days so either you call and insist to be transfered to 2nd teir officer who can look at your case and let you know if you even were scheduled, or make an info pass and they will let you knowas well. I really think that you are not scheduled yet other wise you might get an update online or a letter to let you know.

Make your calls and find out to be more comfortable.

As far as how long it will be, this depend big time on your office, so yes other members from same office should be helpful here.

Good luck
