How to find details of REF

After 6 months long waiting, today I found my status changed to REF ("we mailed a notice requesting initial evidence in this case.") And this evening, I called USCIS #, the person told me that she could not find exact evidence requested for my case in their database, and I have to wait (upto 15 days) for the written notice.

Is it true that I have to wait for the notice? Any other way to find out what they are asking for?

I also went through my original package (against the list on K-1 guideline page) but didn't find anything missing, including all signatures.

any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Yes, the phone contacts do not have the info. Wait a couple of days for the RFE to arrive.

Yes you have to wait to see what the actual RFE is about. That is the only way. It should arrive within a week normally.
