My wife emailed NVC last week using VJ's template for DS 3032 choice of agent form. Didnt include the scanned copy of signed form. Including the form is mandatory or optional?

You don't need the scanned or signed copy. utilized the template and had no issues...

Good luck to you..

I Recommand you scann copy and attach and send another email, My email format didnt get approved for 2 times and they finally told me i have to attach the scanned copy, that delayed my process 3 weeks.

Good Luck

maybe because the template you used was not accurate?

this one is. (I made it myself because the one here on VJ looks bad to me so I'm not surprised yours was rejected.)

We sent the ds3032 template and also Mailed the printed and signed form the day we received our Case Number; we received our AOS bill/email about 11 days later, and never received confirmation of the 3032. But at least we knew we were moving ahead.

I called NVC yesterday and got our case number and invoice identification number. We are okay now to send the ds-3032 right? my husband (applicant) and myself (US citizen-petitioner) live in australia. we want to send the ds-3032 via email. Do we also need to send a copy through the mail just to be safe? as regards the barcode..is that just for if you send the ds-3032 through the mail? is the barcode disregarded if we send it via email? also, can my husband be his own agent? he would appoint me as his agent if i was living in the US, but since I live in Australia with him, can he be his own agent? Do we have to have someone in the US be the agent? thanks SO much for any help you can give us.

we pay all the fees after they approve the ds-3032 correct?
