i feel very devastated!!!

ok i've been looking at my USCIS account since saturday 10/21 if theres any changes in my case then after that they seem to touch my case so many times dated 10/23,10/24,10/25 and today 10/26..almost this whole week.. i called and verified if I got approve yet? apparently, the lady said NO NOT YET?the CO is still looking at it? Im thinking to myself why? they cant decide if im approve or denied?? ok now im worried i might be denied??? i hope NOT!! I rather want another 3rd RFE than to Denied my case???.....What does this mean help!!!!

I dont think you should be worried about getting denied unless u dont meet with their requirements

like if you have not met in person in 2 years ect.as long as u have all the paperwork right u will be approved for sure.

and about getting touched so many times its actually a good sign that someones working on your case and when ur touched so many times that means you can expect an approval soon.

dont worry and have faith.your day will come soon.

Remember each time an adjudicator touches your file they scan it. Even if they spill coffee on it and touch it when they clean it up. :D

It was more than three months since your RFE. It was indicated that your name check had a hit. They put you into Administrative Review or on hold.

touch means they probably finished the AR. start to process your case.

Do you ask the Center why your case take so long?

I'd be checking my mail very closely (both of you), I sure hope you get your NOA2's!! I can't imagine how upset I'd be if I were hornet!

I, and others have gotten our NOA2's with no emails about the same time you two were last touched. They've got some major 'system glitches' (at CSC at least!). The people there don't even seem to know what's going on or who's been approved and who has not.

Hornet, you might even want to check with the NVC, explain to them that some people have also had their cases sent to the NVC who never even received an NOA2!!

All we can say concern you are so worried your case got so many times touched and you still haven´t gotten any decision yet is, you shouldn´t put neither too much hope nor getting confused about any touches at all.

Some people had lots of touches, other cases havent gotten touched hardly any at all and got their approvals too. Read some of the older posts here in this forum about this subject.

If you can tell you meet all the requirements for the petition to get approved so don´t let yourself down and worry all the time about you might get denied. How many couples have gotten denied? Hardly any at all!

This process just takes a lot of time and it asks for a lot of your patience.

Good Luck on your journey through all of this and keep thinking positive!

I sure wish someone would spill some coffee on ours or at least dust it off. We aren't expecting anything soon but an acknowlegement (touch) once in a while would be nice. Timeline is as it was.
