Hi,

My fiance (India) has his interview soon - does he need DS-157 for this? It does not state so on the embassy website (New Delhi) but in other areas it states this is a "new" form to be submitted with the rest of the documents. anyone know?

Yes, every Male (15-55) need to fill up this form DS-157. Sometimes they do not require it but please be prepared already. For K1, DS-157 and for other Visa DS-160 is used.

Thanks
