Our cR1 case is completed by NVC. But Ankara embassy is really busy because of all other countries using it too. My wife has a medical problem.

1. Is there a way to expedite the interview scheduling so I can be with her?

2.Which documents we have to provide?

3.Where do I have to submit the documents and the request?

Thanks for the input?

Worth a try. You would need a letter from the doctor (ideally, more than one letter from more than one doctor), stating the illness and why you need to be with her. You would send the expedite whereever your file is- NVC or embassy.

You can contact NVC and see what the procedures are for an expedited interview. It will all depend on the medical problem as well. You will most likely need a statement from the MD.

Thank you. I will submit to both of them.

My wife has a chronic back problem. Like she needs help to stand up when the situation gets worse.

We will get a doctors report soon.

Hope this will help
