What visa are you waiting to interview for and what consulate are you going through?

Your profile says F1.

If this is incorrect, can you please edit your profile? It will give us more information and it'll be easier to help you.

Speaking in terms of business days, you are a little over 15 days. It does seems like an awful time. When was the last time you spoke to NVC?

We have the exact same problem (with that same delivery....)

You need to call the NVC 603.334.0700 and ask to talk to a supervisor. Once you get them you need to ask them to put a trace on the package.

According to the DHL tracking I have it was "Left Ltr Box" So no one signed for it.

Ask for a Supervisor. The frontline person told me this morning "I don't think we do that" I pushed a little bit and she put me on hold for a few minutes and then told me to call back to see if there was an update this afternoon.

They don't do tracking yes but they'll tell you when it was shipped or at least completed. Last Friday, I've received a hard copy from NVC stating it was completed last Sept 11. Email or call your Consulate to confirm. Good luck!

The problem you are missing is that this package with at least two applications in it was basically lost between NVC and the Embassy. As wherever DHL stuffed it, the Embassy did not get it (confirmed by the Embassy).

NVC has to do the tracking as they are the package originator.

I received a hard copy from NVC as well a while back saying it was sent on the 29th. Moscow has electronic confirmation but no packet.. Not sure what to do at this point? what if it's lost?

Well NVC did track it and came up with the same answer that I did.

DHL delivered on the holiday to a box.....? No signature as the embassy was closed.

So NVC has washed their hands, and said it is delivered. Up to us to get the embassy to somehow find it even though they deny they received it.

was it a mistake that i told NVC what you told me and posed it as my own situation: that they are requiring official tracking? I just sent them the tracking to consulmo, but havent received the same response yet as you did
