if they are asking for the petitioner's birth certificate, send it.

do not send documents or forms that they are NOT asking for.

why are you too eager to mail your ds-230 form?

just send what they're asking for which is the petitioner's birth certificate... and send it right away to avoid delaying the process.

you will receive an email IF AND WHEN YOU ARE ALREADY QUALIFIED TO SEND IN YOUR DS-230.

Bec if we send together i can save money in sending that documents,

i understand but it may cause you more harm than good.

you said that the petitioner's BC is required for the AOS, right? if you don't send it right away it will cause delay on the processing of your AOS.

your petition will not move forward unless you send the BC. don't expect that they will ask for your ds-230 because your AOS is still pending due to a lacking document.

i hope you're getting my drift. good luck. :innocent:

Respond to the RFE now. Then send the DS 230 when it is needed. As apple21 says, not sending the information needed for the I-864 stops the process.

Saving small $$$ is not worth it.
