Timeline

Its been 58 days since they recieved our requested evidence and they said that they would make a.desicion on the.status in 60 days!!!!!Can they delay more than that? What should I do, keep waiting forever?

I would Highly Recommend waiting on the 60th day and Start calling!! :thumbs:

Now it is a game of patience, look at the threads for your particular situation. Assuming your RFE is what was needed you should be able to move forward.

We have one January filer who got RFE on July 5 , replied received at USCIS on July 18 and she still hasn't heard back from them even though Senator office was involved.. Unfortunately it happens and yes you can keep ringing them and try to put the service request in but the truth is, they will get to your file when they get to it. Sad but true, stay strong ! Good luck!

So i just called them and they said that effectively they received the requested evidence on july 18 and although it has been more than 60 days we are still on the average time because vermont service center is procesing now applications from february 27!!!!!!!!!
