After NOA2?

Hi!

We didnt receive the NOA2 yet, I'm a June filer, Vermont...So we're expecting it by December!

Anyway I'm trying to be prepared and know exactly what to do when we get it! I've read about packets 3 and 4 and I dont have a clue of what you guys are talking about! So I have some questions!

1-what do I need to gather once I get the NOA2?

2-What is packets 3 and 4? And which packet am I not supposed to open?

3-How long does it take from NOA2 to the actual visa in hands? You think having the wedding planned to february 23rd is too soon?

Here's the link to the K1 GUIDE scroll down to where it says What to send to your fiance(e) once the I-129F is approved (Receive NOA2)

Since after NOA2, things get Consulate Specific (every consulate has their ways), I moved your post to the Regional Forum for Europe, so others going through Portugal may be able to address all the other questions you have.

Arrived in US 10/5/2012
Married 11/24/2012
AOS application sent 12/19/12

AOS approved 8/24/13
