yap seems that getting appointment at the USEM-Manila has been/have been an issue lately.

my advise keep on freshing the page...you might get lucky like my buddy Mr. Smiley AKA Kennard ....if someone cancel appointments you will probably get the earliest appointment than us

Our wait for an interview in Manila is 56 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Is this happening to anyone else or do I have a sign on my back?????? Waited 200 days for NOA2 and now this :angry::angry::angry::angry::angry::angry:

Yes they have been over booked. At the end of August when I went online to book an appointment there was nothing available. For two days I kept checking and refreshing the website and then a September 7 date was available. So I jumped on it and my fiancee went to the interview and was approved.

That is great insight Mr Smiley. You think that is due to cancellations? We are still waiting for our NOA 2, so we haven't seen the Manilla Embassy scheduling site yet. Is there an option there to change your interview date in case something sooner pops up?

Once scheduled you can go online and attempt to reschedule. As far as booking on line, it just didn't work for us. We called. Much faster, less frustration. Good luck!

How is calling less frustrating? I called the appointment line for US Embassy in Manila... they said no appointments were available. I then tried to book online and still no appointments - Either way is frustrating. I think it would be easier to keep looking online then to call over and over and over again.

Less frustrating because we had tried online for two days and nothing opened, even when others were getting appointments. One call and we were booked. Maybe just the luck of the draw, but it worked for us......
