You don't need to provide police clearance from the US. But has she lived in some other countries for 6 months or more?

Sorry if I didn't explain it well, your fiance doesn't need a police clearance from the US. The USCIS can verify by themselves.

Hi there!

I worked in a passenger ship abroad for 1 yr. and I dont need to provide any police clearance from the countries weve been or traveled since we worked at sea and not landbased. This requirement only needed from all places lived since age 16, but not applicable to seaferers like me and your fiancee.

duplicate threads have been merged together into one. It is not necessary to post the same question more than once.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
